Job Description The company is part of the Line Yahoo group, a company with more than 200 employees located in Tsukiji, Tokyo. The comapny own one of Japan's largest product comparison services, which has grown into a site with over 30 million monthly users domestically, launched its overseas operations in 2017 and is now expanding its services across eight countries and regions. To further expand the steadily growing Thailand business, we are looking for a Thailand Contents Manager. Specific Job Responsibilities - Designing content planning documents based on local market research - Managing the progress of content production - Recruiting and training external writers - Managing and motivating external writers - Checking the quality of content created by external writers and providing feedback (if necessary, writing and editing articles in Taiwanese Mandarin) - Analyzing data from published content Example Content - Expert-supervised: Top 10 Digital Camera Recommendations Ranking - Hairstylist-supervised: Top 50 Sunscreen Recommendations Ranking - Expert-supervised: Top 10 Soundbar Recommendations Ranking Career Path Depending on skills, aspirations, and aptitude, candidates can aim for a team manager role or become a content production specialist. Attractive Points of the Position While being in Japan, you can use Thai language to deliver the content you create to local users. Rather than mass-producing content with a focus on sales, we prioritize "creating content that aligns with user needs and helps solve their problems." This allows you to leverage your own opinions and experiences in your work. You will be involved in the upstream processes of web content production, such as building and improving workflows and managing editors, which will contribute to your skill and career development. The content you will be responsible for covers a wide range of topics, including home appliances, daily necessities and household goods, cosmetics, food and beverages, outdoor activities, finance, and services. This provides an opportunity to gain knowledge in various fields. Requirements Required Qualifications - Native-level proficiency in Thailand language - Deep understanding of Thailand culture and market - Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher - Basic PC skills (mainly using Google Workspace, Slack, and Chatwork) Preferred Qualifications - Experience in writing/editing in Thai language - Experience in editing print media, blogs, or media articles - Knowledge of web marketing and SEO - Work experience in web services or media Desired Candidate Profile - Someone who resonates with the challenges we are tackling in the field of “choice” and is interested in solving them - Someone who aligns with the company’s values and team principles - Someone who can earn trust from those around them and drive initiatives forward - Someone who can work with a sense of speed to expand the business - Someone who takes ownership and actively works to solve issues Benefits Compensation Annual Salary: 3,300,000〜4,000,000円 ※ Probation Period: 3 months Work Location Sumitomo Realty Tsukiji Building 7-17-1 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Employment Type Contract Employee (Renewal: Every 3 months) ※ Permanent employment option available.
