Role Description This is a part-time, remote Therapist role focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care through MantraCare’s digital platform. In this position, the therapist will conduct virtual therapy sessions, perform assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and document clinical notes in accordance with professional standards and organizational guidelines. The therapist will collaborate with an AI-driven triage system, review AI-generated insights, and adjust interventions based on clinical judgment and client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing individual support, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams when needed, participating in case reviews, and maintaining clear, timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role requires comfort with technology and telehealth tools, and a commitment to person-centered, culturally sensitive care.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused approaches).
  • Candidates should possess skills in building therapeutic alliances, maintaining professional boundaries, and delivering empathetic, culturally competent care in diverse populations.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and digital communication tools, including the ability to interpret and integrate AI-generated insights into care plans.
  • Candidates should possess skills in clear written and verbal communication, professional documentation, and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., coaches, physicians, nutrition experts).
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage a part-time remote caseload, prioritize safety, and follow clinical protocols.
  • Relevant qualifications include an active license or certification to practice as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, MFT, Psychologist) in applicable jurisdictions.
  • Relevant qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Experience in digital health, employer or insurer-based programs, or integrated care settings is beneficial, as is familiarity with chronic conditions such as diabetes, MSK issues, and nutrition-related challenges.
