Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and motivated Recruiter to join our team. This is a high-activity recruiting role for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates,cold-calling candidates, building pipelines, and moving quickly to fill open positions. The candidate will recruit school-based professionals including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, School Psychologists, Social Workers, Special Education Teachers, BCBAs, and other related-service providers.


We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their candidates, follows up consistently, and understands that great recruiting is about both activity and relationships.


This is a remote (work-from-home) position, but you must be available to work New York business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time) and have fluent English proficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates through Indeed, Crelate, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and internal databases
  • Conduct candidate screening calls and assess qualifications, availability, location preferences, compensation expectations, and work preferences
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future openings
  • Match candidates with school-based opportunities based on experience, schedule, location, and professional goals
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and school partners
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
  • Follow up promptly after interviews and keep candidates informed of next steps
  • Present offers and assist with compensation discussions and candidate commitment
  • Work closely with HR and onboarding teams to help ensure accepted candidates successfully complete onboarding and begin their assignments
  • Maintain accurate candidate notes, statuses, and activity in Crelate
  • Provide regular pipeline and recruiting updates to leadership
  • Prioritize urgent and difficult-to-fill openings
  • Re-engage previous candidates and maintain long-term relationships with professionals in your network


Qualifications:

  • Experience with recruiting in education, healthcare, therapy, behavioral health, or professional staffing is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Indeed, Crelate, Google Workspace, or similar recruiting systems is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in social media management for talent acquisition
  • Experience with Recruiting, staffing, sales, account management, or high-volume outreach experience
  • Reliable home office and Windows computer setup with seamless internet access
  • Must be able to work US (NY) business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time)
