If you’re looking for a role where you can make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Do you enjoy building rapport, helping customers make informed choices and finding the right solutions for them?

We’re looking for a Third Party Intervention Advisor to join our Claims Ownership team in Salford Quays, Manchester.

In this role you’ll proactively manage the capture and handling of third-party claims where our customer has been identified as at fault following a motor accident. Working flexibly, you’ll spend your first 7 weeks in the office full-time for training and support. Following this, and subject to performance, you’ll move to a hybrid arrangement of 3 days at home and 2 days in the office. If you’d prefer to be in the office more, that’s fine with us too.
