TikTok Shop Affiliate & Community Lead (PowerTools) - Full Time, Remote

We are building one of the biggest and best power tools brands in the world, and we need a relentless operator to build, scale, and mobilize our creator army. You will own affiliate recruitment, rapid-fire testing, and community development across TikTok Shop and volume funnels like Growee, turning creator outreach into a scalable revenue machine.

This role balances operational numbers with high-touch relationship building. You will run our creator network like a scientific testing lab: spotting trends early, driving high-volume experimentation, and turning breakout creators into long-term brand partners.

What You Will Do

• Build & Scale the Creator Army: Source, recruit, and onboard creators via TikTok Shop Creator Marketplace and volume funnels like Growee.
• Run the Testing Engine: Use Calodata and market intel weekly to analyze viral video formats, trending products, and competitor hooks. Translate those insights into fast, executable testing briefs for affiliates.
• Activate & Seed: Qualify product testers, coordinate sample distribution, and drive high activation rates to ensure seeded products turn into posted videos.
• Nurture Top Performers: Identify high-converting creators and negotiate custom deals, tiered commissions, and exclusive partnerships to scale sustainable GMV.
• Drive Core KPIs: Obsess over affiliate activation rate, weekly video output volume, ROAS, and monthly GMV growth.

What We Are Looking For

• Direct experience running or aggressively scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate program.
• Hands-on proficiency with volume outreach platforms (Growee or similar) and TikTok data analytics software (Calodata).
• Strong analytical ability to separate signal from noise and double down on winning content angles quickly.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and energize an external creator community.
• An autonomous builder who thrives with high ownership, rapid iteration, and zero hand-holding.
