Step into the fast-paced world of TikTok advertising as part of our regional support team. As a TikTok Support Intern, you'll be at the operational heart of our Latin American business — managing end-to-end processes in Salesforce, resolving advertiser issues, and working hand-in-hand with commercial teams across multiple countries. This is a role for someone who's comfortable navigating complexity, communicating across all levels of an organization, and making things happen. What You'll Do Own the full Salesforce lifecycle for assigned internal accounts, all the way to monthly consumption closing. Process balance top-up requests across TikTok Business Centers accurately and on time. Investigate and resolve ad rejection and account suspension cases, ensuring advertisers get back up and running quickly. Manage multiple stakeholders across different markets and functions, adapting your communication style to fit every audience. Contribute to the identification, improvement, and automation of internal team processes. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Digital Business, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Confident working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs). A strong communicator who thrives in team environments and stays calm under pressure.
