Time Management Consultant (Remote)

Job Summary We are looking for either an EC Time Tracking Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors who is willing to be trained in WorkForce Software, or a WorkForce Software Consultant specialized in the Time & Attendance module. In this role, you will participate in implementation and support projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support implementation and post-go-live activities. Responsibilities Participate in implementation and support projects related to workforce and time management solutions Support customers in pre- and post-implementation phases, including trainings, workshops, testing, and go-live activities Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, maintaining BRD and SDD documentation Design and implement configurations tailored to client needs Work across both implementation and support projects, ensuring flexibility in handling different types of engagements Qualifications Experience with either SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking, or WorkForce Software Time & Attendance module Mandatory certification in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, or WorkForce Software Time & Attendance Strong experience managing client communications, gathering requirements, and providing advisory support Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams Nice to Have Experience with the Scheduling module in WorkForce Software Knowledge of SQL or Oracle Databases Experience with JavaScript Familiarity with other workforce and time management solutions such as ATOSS, UKG/Kronos, SAP CATS, ADP eTime, EC Time, or Ceridian What We Offer Benefits package tailored to each region where we have employees Yearly bonus linked to company performance Fully remote work environment Home office setup reimbursement (desk and chair) Work-life balance Learning and development opportunities, including support for certifications in various professional areas Exposure to international and well-known clients across the market Flat organizational structure that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing Published: 5 Jun 2026 Location: Job Category: Consulting Services Job Experience Level: Mid level Onsite or Remote: Remote Position
