Title Production Platform Administrator

The Title Production Platform Administrator is the subject matter expert for OS National's title and escrow platforms, including ResWare. This fully qualified, journey-level professional independently administers, configures, and supports the title production platform stack - applying complete domain knowledge to assess unusual circumstances, devise solutions from limited precedent, and adapt existing approaches to meet complex or evolving business needs. This role advises operations, technology, and business stakeholders on platform-related matters, recommends process and reporting improvements, and delivers high-quality, independently validated work across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES System Administration and Configuration Administer, configure, and maintain workflows, action groups, templates, and document mappings in ResWare and other title production platforms, with complete understanding of platform architecture and interdependencies Assess unusual or complex configuration requests, evaluate available options, and devise solutions independently - adapting existing approaches when standard precedent does not apply Execute system testing, upgrade validation, and post-change review; identify edge cases and recommend improvements based on observed outcomes Apply sophisticated analytical and troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve platform issues; suggest variations in approach when standard methods fall short User Access and Provisioning Administer all user provisioning activities including profile creation, enablement, deactivation, role rights changes, and license coordination Independently investigate and resolve complex access issues, applying judgment to identify root cause and select the right course of action Ticket & Support Management Manage assigned support tickets from intake through resolution, maintaining clear stakeholder communication and meeting defined SLAs Apply evaluation and judgment to identify patterns across recurring issues and recommend configuration or process adjustments to reduce future volume Escalate to vendor, engineering, or platform owner support when warranted; route issues with full context and relevant findings Reporting & Data Delivery Build, update, and maintain operational and business reports for title production workflows across ResWare and related reporting tools, including SSRS Complete ad hoc and recurring data requests with a consistently high standard of accuracy and validation before delivery Independently investigate and resolve reporting issues, applying judgment to identify root cause and select the appropriate corrective approach Recommend improvements to reporting structure, logic, or delivery based on analysis of recurring patterns and stakeholder needs Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration Gather and clarify requirements with business partners, using judgment to evaluate whether requests address the underlying business need Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities and options, adapting communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences Build working relationships with senior internal and external partners who may be unfamiliar with the subject matter; communicate findings and recommendations clearly, including on difficult or complex matters Documentation & Process Standards Maintain accurate, complete documentation for platform configuration, reporting logic, and repeatable operational processes Identify opportunities to improve documentation and processes within assigned scope and implement those improvements Follow and uphold OS National standards for quality, documentation, and communication across all assigned work QUALIFICATIONS Required 5+ years of hands-on experience administering ResWare or a comparable title and escrow platform Complete, working knowledge of ResWare configuration including workflows, action groups, templates, document mappings, user access, and role rights Demonstrated ability to independently assess complex, non-standard platform issues and devise solutions with limited precedent or guidance Proven track record delivering accurate, high-quality reports from ResWare or related systems, including SSRS Strong SQL skills and ability to work with structured data across reporting environments Ability to evaluate multiple approaches, adapt existing solutions, and apply judgment to select the right course of action Experience advising non-technical and operational stakeholders on platform capabilities and options Sophisticated analytical thinking with a high bar for data quality, validation, and accuracy before delivery Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests in a ticket-driven environment without losing accuracy or SLA compliance Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a consistent ownership mindset Preferred Experience with Power BI or similar analytics and data visualization platforms Familiarity with title and escrow workflows, industry terminology, and end-to-end operations Experience supporting platform upgrades, testing, and change validation Familiarity with Linear, structured ticket queues, and escalation processes CORE COMPETENCIES Domain Expertise & Problem Solving Applies complete knowledge of ResWare and title production platform principles to handle a wide range of assignments - including unusual or complex situations that require sophisticated analysis Independently devises solutions from limited information or precedent, adapting existing approaches creatively when standard methods do not fit Recognizes when issues require escalation and routes them appropriately with full documentation of findings and recommendations Execution & Quality Delivers accurate, thoroughly validated work across configuration, access management, and reporting Manages multiple concurrent requests without losing accuracy, following up proactively to keep work on track Identifies patterns behind recurring issues and recommends adjustments to reduce rework and ticket volume Service & Stakeholder Communication Builds productive relationships with operations, technology, and business teams - including senior partners unfamiliar with the subject matter Adapts communication style to different audiences: accessible and non-technical for operators, detailed and precise for technical partners Advises others on difficult or complex matters with clarity and confidence; proactively communicates status and findings throughout each request Quality & Continuous Improvement Follows OS National standards for documentation, communication, and quality across all work Suggests improvements to workflows, reporting logic, and processes based on hands-on experience and pattern recognition Maintains accurate, complete documentation that supports continuity and reduces rework across the team WORKING CONDITIONS This is a full-time exempt position. The role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a remote position. Occasional travel for vendor meetings, training, or company events may be required.
