Role Description

We are hiring a Token Markets Research Specialist to support market research, token economy analysis, ecosystem intelligence, and industry reporting across cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and digital asset markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on token markets, crypto market structure, blockchain ecosystems, digital asset trends, and token economy development.

The Token Markets Research Specialist will monitor token markets, analyze crypto market trends, support research materials, and prepare insights across cryptocurrencies, ICOs, dapps, tokenized assets, exchanges, DeFi, stablecoins, blockchain networks, and Web3 ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in token markets, digital assets, blockchain innovation, Web3 research, and the development of responsible token economy frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Research token markets, cryptocurrency trends, digital asset ecosystems, blockchain networks, Web3 projects, ICO activity, and tokenized asset developments

• Monitor token performance, market structure changes, liquidity conditions, trading activity, investor sentiment, regulatory themes, and ecosystem growth

• Prepare token market research notes, ecosystem intelligence updates, market summaries, industry reports, and briefing materials

• Track developments across cryptocurrencies, ICOs, dapps, exchanges, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and blockchain infrastructure

• Support analysis of token utility, market adoption, liquidity patterns, community growth, project fundamentals, and broader token economy trends

• Assist with research related to industry best practices, responsible market development, self-regulation, governance standards, and blockchain ecosystem growth

• Collaborate with team members on market research, ecosystem education, association initiatives, industry engagement, and token economy analysis

• Maintain organized research files, market trackers, token watchlists, project databases, ecosystem notes, and crypto intelligence resources

Qualifications

• Strong interest in token markets, cryptocurrency, digital assets, blockchain, Web3, token economy development, and decentralized technologies

• Familiarity with crypto markets, blockchain ecosystems, tokenized assets, ICOs, dapps, DeFi, stablecoins, exchanges, or Web3 market research

• Understanding of market structure, liquidity, token utility, investor sentiment, project fundamentals, governance themes, and blockchain-based business models

• Familiarity with crypto research platforms, market data tools, blockchain explorers, DeFi dashboards, regulatory publications, or Web3 analytics tools is a plus

• Strong research, analytical, writing, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to explain token market trends, digital asset developments, crypto risks, and blockchain ecosystem insights clearly

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and market intelligence priorities

• Previous experience in crypto research, market research, fintech, investment research, blockchain projects, policy research, or industry associations is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: SGD120,000 - SGD135,000 per year depending on experience
