Job Description One of our top clients, one of the largest product comparison services in the market, currently experiencing rapid global growth, is hiring an Indonesia Business Expansion Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives that power growth across markets. This role sits at the center of operations, marketing, and organizational execution and works closely with business development to move priority projects from strategy to results. The company is part of the Line Yahoo group, a company with more than 200 employees located in Tsukiji, Tokyo. They own one of Japan's largest product comparison services, which has grown into a site with over 30 million monthly users domestically, launched its overseas operations in 2017 and is now expanding its services across eight countries and regions. What you’ll do Lead and manage key projects within the Indonesia Business Division (planning, execution, progress management) Support organizational management and team operations across multiple markets Enable local marketing execution (primarily SEO and social media) in Indonesia Improve, redesign, and optimize business processes for scale Handle related initiatives needed to support growth (cross-functional as required) Why this role Own the full cycle across core business domains: monetization, product development, marketing, hiring, and corporate functions (e.g., accounting/legal) from strategy to execution and measurement Clear growth path: potential to become team leads and later take on broader business ownership, including strategy and budget responsibility Requirements Must-have qualifications Native-level or equivalent Indonesian Strong understanding of the cultural and market dynamics of Indonesia Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) Proven project management experience Experience driving outcomes by coordinating diverse stakeholders (cross-functional, multi-team) Experience advancing a consumer (B2C) app or web service business (business operations, growth, or execution role) Nice-to-have Experience in business development or digital marketing to drive initiatives Leadership of cross-department projects with significant scope Experience contributing to new business launches Experience in a startup/venture environment Experience with social media or SEO Who you are You’re genuinely interested in solving problems in the “choice/decision-making” space and feel motivated by that mission You’re strongly interested in Indonesia market expansion and want to contribute hands-on You work proactively with stakeholders and take ownership to hit goals Benefits Compensation Annual Salary: 6,000,000円 Work Location Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Hybrid Position (Wednesday - Remote Work Day) Employment Type Full Time.
