We are looking for a Total Quality Metric Business Analyst to join our growing team in United States ! Location: United States (remote) Job Summary The Total Quality Analyst is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and helping Commercial IT drive improvements in application quality, operational performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and delivery teams by transforming quality data into actionable insights, identifying systemic improvement opportunities, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The analyst helps establish quality standards, monitor performance against key objectives, and enable informed decision-making through meaningful reporting, trend analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Quality Measurement & Performance Analytics Define, maintain, and evolve Total Quality metrics, scorecards, and performance indicators aligned to organizational goals. Analyze quality, operational, and delivery performance data to identify trends, risks, improvement opportunities, and areas of excellence. Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders. Establish performance baselines and measure the impact of quality improvement initiatives over time. Reporting & Quality Governance Work with to OBI team to develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that support TQ objectives. Compile and deliver executive-level presentations that provide visibility into quality performance and organizational health. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency of reported quality metrics across teams and portfolios. Support quality governance processes by monitoring adherence to established standards, policies, and best practices. Partner with stakeholders to review results, drive accountability, and track improvement progress. Identify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and systemic challenges through data analysis and stakeholder feedback. Stakeholder Engagement & Quality Enablement Partner with IT and Business leaders to understand quality objectives, reporting needs, and success measures. Provide guidance to teams on quality metrics, performance interpretation, and continuous improvement practices. Promote knowledge sharing, adoption of quality best practices, and a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Serve as a subject matter expert on Total Quality methodologies, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement. Data Management & Insights Collect, validate, and maintain quality-related data from multiple sources to ensure reliable analysis and reporting. Identify and help resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and reporting gaps. Establish data standards and support ongoing efforts to improve data integrity and reporting effectiveness. Leverage analytics to uncover emerging risks and opportunities before they impact performance outcomes. Technology & Automation Utilize reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, ServiceNow, Copilot, and other enterprise platforms to support quality monitoring. Continue to help evolve data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and industry best practices that enhance quality measurement and continuous improvement capabilities.
