We are seeking a bilingual professional to lead Total Rewards operations and oversee the delivery of compensation, benefits, and global mobility services within a complex, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day compensation, benefits, and global mobility operations.
• Coach and support specialized virtual teams located across multiple regions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of requests, transactions, recurring activities, and escalations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Technology teams, as well as external vendors.
• Monitor workload volumes, service levels, risks, and operational metrics.
• Support process transitions, documentation, operational readiness, and service stabilization activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of progressive Human Resources experience, including Total Rewards and/or HR Operations.
• Professional-level proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience managing HR Operations or Shared Services teams.
• Experience delivering complex, high-volume, or multi-country services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
