• Direct Report To: Trade Marketing Senior Manager
A Trade Marketing Operations Analyst coordinates and executes commercial strategies at the point of sale. Their primary focus is to optimize product visibility, analyze field sales data, and manage logistical and promotional resources to ensure the fulfillment of the company's commercial objectives.
To ensure the proper execution of trade marketing strategies across sales channels. The role must maximize product turnover, shelf space (share of shelf), and the efficiency of promotional materials through the continuous analysis of operational indicators
• Data analysis: Measure key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sell-out, inventory levels, market share, turnover, and the effectiveness of point-of-sale campaigns.
• Field management: Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the team of promoters or external agencies responsible for in-store execution.
• POP material control: Manage the production, distribution, and delivery of merchandising materials and displays to assigned branches or channels.
• Monitor key (fundamental) indicators to drive growth.
• Execute marketing initiatives and ensure their proper implementation across the various channels.
• Monitor brand seasonal campaigns and the proper execution of promotional materials, activations, and product demonstrators, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Manage purchase orders and administrative processes related to vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Promotional Agencies).
• Coordinate with vendors and internal areas on the logistics, delivery, and availability of promotional materials.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Generate Excel reports and executive presentations of results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking.
Education:
- Partial or completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years in similar roles in trade marketing, commercial operations, or data analysis.
Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, databases) and visualization tools such as Power BI.
