Você irá:
- Ser responsável pelo desenvolvimento e execução de programas de vendas relacionados aos planos de inovação, distribuição, merchandising e promoção da categoria atribuída.
- Ser a ligação fundamental entre as Equipes de Negócios do Cliente (CBTs) e as equipes de Inovação, Marketing e Patrimônio da Categoria para garantir que nossas estratégias e táticas estejam alinhadas às necessidades de nossos Clientes
- Ser responsável por criar planos de categoria e de cliente para a Categoria atribuída, trabalhando em colaboração com equipes de Categoria, Insights e Equipes de Negócios do Cliente (CBTs)
- Ser visto internamente como o Especialista da categoria e criar planos de categoria atraentes, acionáveis e mensuráveis
- Fornecer liderança de pensamento interna e externamente em torno de iniciativas de marca e categoria (estratégia promocional/planejamento de orçamento)
- Liderar a entrega do painel/fundamentos da categoria e recomendar ações corretivas para garantir que as metas sejam atingidas

About the Role
We are looking for a Trade Marketing professional to manage MT customers, leading the development of business analyses, activation calendars, and the deployment of category and customer plans.
This person will be the link between category strategies and in-store execution, supporting sales teams with sell-out activities and ensuring strategy implementation through customer activation platforms.
This professional will also be responsible for leading the Channel IBP process, providing strategic inputs, ROI analysis, and resource sufficiency definition, focused on delivering Channel Revenue and SOV targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and track execution plans and programs, ensuring proper category visibility and supporting the development of appropriate action plans.
Drive the SMR Channel IBP process — pre-alignments, sufficiency and sales capacity inputs, sales deployment, among others.
Translate Category and Sales strategies into customer activation platforms and in-store execution guidelines.
Own the customer business and shopper understanding, identifying how these factors influence sell-out platforms to accelerate MDLZ growth.
Identify and act on category opportunities with customers.
Lead ROI evaluation for trade channel activities, leveraging best practices and adjusting underperforming initiatives.
Manage regional customer budgets for Trade Incentives and A&C, ensuring efficient funding of channel promotions and programs.
Develop direct reports and peers, building strong and collaborative relationships.
