We have taken over this market from our distributors, so that we can run them directly and drive strong growth, behind innovation and investments. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Auckland, New Zealand. Position Overview: Shark Ninja is seeking a marketer, experienced in trade/retail marketing, to join our dynamic team in Auckland and supporting our fast-growing ANZ business. You will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans to step change our brand visibility and drive sales through our retail partners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a face-paced environment and drive innovation within a leading consumer goods organization. Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do: Permanent Fixtures: Support the rollout of step changing permanent display fixtures including installation & maintenance. Collaborate with Australian Trade Marketing for design & production needs alongside agencies, retailers & sales to lead execution & implementation plans POS Development: Rollout POS tools for new product launches & generic Shark, Shark Beauty & Ninja Brands. Contribution to design & production development. Retail Marketing: Collaborate with retail partners to coordinate marketing initiatives, ensuring proper execution and alignment with their promotional calendars Merchandising Optimization: Establishing 5 star execution standards & developing a seamless operation for access to POS tools Campaign & Event execution: Plan & execute big bet trade marketing campaigns across various channels in partnership with agencies, marketing & sales teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a trade/retail marketing, customer activation, visual marketing or related field with proven experience in managing projects with retail partners Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or related field. Demonstrated detail orientation with experience in successful time management, budget management and marketing logistics Creative mindset with demonstrated problem solving skills & strong analytical skills Experience operating in a dynamic environment with sound judgement & commercial acumen Familiarity with agency management Stakeholder management and the ability to build positive working relationships Highly proactive and resourceful self-starter Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and externally.
