Trade & Operations Support - Overnight

The Role: Trade & Operations Support provides external-facing support for client trading workflows, along with oversight of internal platforms and systems during designated off-hours shifts. Key Responsibilities: Provide external-facing support of client trading workflows during extended hours equity and option trading sessions Monitor the health and performance of internal trading systems and external connectivity Troubleshoot and escalate operational, connectivity, and client-related issues in real time Collaborate with internal teams, including Routing, Clearing, Integration, and Sales, to support and enhance the client experience. Execute day-to-day operational processes while continuously identifying and driving improvements to trade desk workflows Document incidents, issues, and resolutions to support operational transparency and continuous improvement Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or market operations Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows preferred Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive trading environment Prior client-facing support experience strongly preferred SIE, Series 7, Series 57, or willingness to obtain Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a low-supervision environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Strong sense of accountability and ownership Salary Range and Benefits: The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $125,000.
