Job Description :

Buscamos un/a Trader Digital para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Medios, responsable de la implementación, monitoreo y optimización de campañas digitales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y KPIs definidos.

Funciones

• Implementar, monitorear y optimizar campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y Bing Ads.
• Analizar métricas y KPIs para identificar oportunidades de optimización.
• Dar seguimiento diario al performance de las campañas y al cumplimiento de indicadores.
• Optimizar presupuestos, audiencias, segmentaciones y estrategias de puja.
• Elaborar reportes de resultados y seguimiento de campañas.
• Ejecutar pruebas A/B y proponer mejoras continuas para potenciar el rendimiento.
• Coordinar con el equipo interno de medios para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de cada campaña.

Requisitos

• Experiencia previa en implementación y optimización de campañas digitales.
• Manejo de Google Ads y Meta Ads; se valorará experiencia con TikTok Ads y Bing Ads.
• Conocimiento de métricas y KPIs de performance digital.
• Capacidad de análisis y orientación a resultados.
• Manejo de Excel para seguimiento y análisis de campañas.
• Organización y atención al detalle.
