Position Summary In this role, you’ll work as part of a team and assist the marketing and sales team with activities in support of commercializing the IpsiHand® System and optional clinical services, and may include website and social media coordination, content creation, meetings, tradeshows and other marketing programs. What You’ll Do Strategy and Contracting: Support the marketing team’s strategic objectives by making show recommendations at relevant tradeshows and events. Manage contract negotiations for sponsorship agreements. Scheduling and Planning: Maintain tradeshows and events calendar for the year; coordinate and lead planning the schedule for each event, ensuring deliverables and tactics are executed on within required deadlines. Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional departments to select appropriate planning leads based on the event's focus and our strategic goals. Logistics: Support logistical tasks as needed, including but not limited to: registration, show service rentals, catering and hospitality, meeting room coordination and hotel block management. Budget Management: Oversee the budget for tradeshows and events, ensuring cost- effectiveness and adherence to budget plan. Responsible for processing vendor invoices with accounts payable and submitting expense reports through Concur. Preparation of Materials: Ensure that all necessary materials, such promotional items, lead retrieval, and supplies are prepared and available for each event. Event Marketing: Partnering with Marketing Product Specialists to prepare and develop any event marketing materials for each tradeshow/event. Post-Conference Reporting: Champion the post-event debrief process by collating, tracking, and reporting on critical metrics and outcomes. Lead debrief discussions with attendees to gauge feedback on participation. Operational Administration: Develop and steer Marketing team workstreams and processes to maintain the highest standards of support for the organization. Tradeshow and Conference Schedule and High-level Scope Information: 2026 October 2026: NAMPC , October 29 - 30, Las Vegas, NV, Caesars Palace: Tabletop, Raffle Giveaway, Marketing Materials, 4 Kandu Attendees, Dinner Reservations, no travel CNS , October 31 - Nov 4, Washington DC, 10x10 booth, Clinical presentation support & learning lab support, event marketing materials, housing and badge management, possible travel. November 2026: AAMP&R , November 11 - 14, Orlando, FL: 10x10 booth Clinical presentation support & learning lab sponsorship securement, event marketing materials development, housing and badge management, no travel SVIN Nov 18 - 20, Las Vegas, NV: Custom 10x10 booth in conjunction with sister division utilizing their booth company. Securing sponsorship, presentation development, event marketing materials development and support, housing and badge management, dinner reservations, possible travel. Other small table top support to our Regional Territory Managers such as, table drape and materials support, processing invoices and other support as needed (likely 2-5 in total for the remainder for 2027) 2027 February 2027 ISC , Feb 10 - 12, Houston, TX: Custom 10x20 in conjunction with exhibit house, Monstrea Exhibits. Securing sponsorship, presentation development, event marketing materials development and support, 5 Kandu attendees, dinner reservations, housing and badge management, Possible travel. APG May 25 – 27, APG Spring Conference 2027 @ the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Other small table top support to our Regional Territory Managers such as, table drape and materials support, processing invoices and other support as needed (likely 2-5 in total for the remainder for 2027) January - February Pre-planning for 2027 schedule including securing sponsorships and space for approximately 8 trade shows/conferences. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years of experience planning and executing domestic tradeshows, conferences, and events Proven experience in the tradeshow and convention space; knowledge of systems, terminology, and onsite logistics Skilled independent contributor comfortable collaborating in a remote office environment Exceptional organizational skills with a high-level attention to detail Well-versed in managing multiple projects simultaneously while strictly adhering to required deadlines Proficiencies in working across multiple project management tools and storage platforms such as: Google Workspace, Notion, Miro, PowerPoint. Hubspot preferred. General understanding of CRM and how they work, HubSpot is a plus Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently using good judgment and initiative Team player who can incorporate input from others Ability to speak up when important information or questions must be raised Sound decision making capabilities Good interpersonal and communication skills for a variety of audiences Work Environment 100% remote This position does not offer relocation or housing stipend Demonstrate excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter with a see it/own it/do it mentality who successfully contributes independently and as part of a larger team Experience supporting tradeshows and events in the healthcare, biotech, or pharma industry is preferred Domestic travel up to 20%, including occasional weekends What We Offer: Competitive Compensation ($80/HR-$120/HR) 401(k) with company Sick time Please note that the salary information is a general guidance only.
