Your New Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Broadcast Operations team on a 6-month maternity leave cover. The role will be responsible for daily commercial scheduling and advertising material management, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of advertising across our broadcast channels in line with programming and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Daily Commercial Scheduling

  • Prepare and manage daily advertising transmission schedules, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Allocate advertising spots by time slot and manage the distribution of commercials across the daily schedule.
  • Monitor and adjust commercial schedules to ensure optimal advertising placement and efficient airtime utilization.
  • Check program-level advertising volume and ensure daily maximum advertising limits are met.

Advertising Material Management

  • Manage advertising materials and monitor their transmission and operational efficiency.
  • Download and manage advertising materials through CODEX and convert files into required formats, including MXF and MOV.
  • Review advertising materials to ensure they meet required technical and operational standards.
  • Conduct advertising material review and monitoring, identifying and resolving any issues prior to transmission.
  • Manage the scheduling and placement of regulated advertising categories, including high-calorie/low-nutrition food, alcoholic beverages, and financial/lending advertisements, in accordance with applicable requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Understanding of broadcasting operations and the TV broadcasting environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in broadcast channel scheduling or transmission operations is preferred.
  • Experience with BIS is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a time-sensitive operational environment.
