We are looking for a motivated and curious Traffic Manager Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of performance marketing in a fast paced, data driven environment. As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience working with advertisers, partners, and marketing technologies, while contributing to projects that drive real impact. This internship is a great opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and creative problem solving who wants to kick start their career in the industry. What You’ll Do Assist with the launch, testing and scaling of ad campaigns. Help prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Support the organization and maintenance of campaign records, links, and performance data. Support A/B testing initiatives across banners, copy and landing pages. Help analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CR, ROI, CPC, CPM, and CPA. Assist in coordinating with partners and media buyers to activate new campaigns. Help identify new advertisers and business opportunities. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Provide backup support during holidays when needed. Support additional marketing activities, including email campaign setup, database management, and deliverability monitoring. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field. Strong computer and internet skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets). Analytical mindset with curiosity to test, learn and solve problems. Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Interest in performance marketing, ad tech, and data driven decision making. Eager to learn, grow and contribute new ideas to the team.
