Capacity Planning & Resource Allocation

- Establish effective capacity and resource planning practices across teams and markets, balancing demand, available capability, priorities and external support requirements.
- Monitor utilisation and workload balance, escalating resourcing risks and recommending adjustments to sequencing, scope, timelines or external support.
Brief Intake, Workflow Quality & Delivery.
- Lead training and capability uplift across marketing and non-marketing teams so incoming briefs are complete, clear, appropriately scoped and contain the information required before being accepted into the agency workflow
- Ensure briefs, timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communications, delivery risks and readiness are visible and actively managed through to completion.
