This is a fantastic opportunity for Diploma-qualified individuals currently working in roles such as Paraplanning, Client Management or Mortgage Advice who are looking to take the next step into a Financial Planner position. You will begin in a supported, desk-based advisory role, working with an established client bank and gaining hands-on experience delivering advice, building relationships, and developing towards full Financial Planner status. Structured progression from trainee/advisory support into full Financial Planner roles Exposure to real client relationships from the outset Ongoing training, mentoring, and support from experienced advisers Responsibilities Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets) Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise Who We’re Looking For This role is ideal for individuals who: Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential) Have experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice) Are looking to transition into a client-facing financial planning role Have strong communication and relationship-building skills Are motivated by long-term career progression within financial planning Have a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail Are comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment Desirable: Cashflow modelling experience Ambition to progress towards Chartered status Our employees are talented people, distinguished by excellence.
