About the role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the fundamentals of recruitment while building the skills needed to source talent, develop client relationships and manage the recruitment lifecycle. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, receive structured support and have the opportunity to progress within a specialist recruitment market.
