Responsibilities Summary The Trainer is responsible for facilitating instructor-led training, developing classroom materials, and evaluating and improving training program effectiveness. This role involves working with program leaders, clients, subject matter experts, and other Talent Development team members to identify training needs and performance gaps and recommend solutions. Essential Job Functions: Facilitate instructor-led training for assigned areas or vertical. Collaborate with instructional designers and other trainers to develop facilitator and participant materials, including presentations, exercises, role plays, job aids, participant guides, and quizzes. Consult with leadership/client to identify knowledge, skills, abilities, and program specific information and tools to train new hires. Consult with assigned program leadership to determine performance gaps of existing employees and recommend solutions to improve performance. Apply adult learning best practices and client requirements to the training deliverable. Evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). Readily learns and adopts new technologies. Knowledge of adult learning principles. Open to receiving and giving feedback. Has a growth mindset. Proficient problem solving skills. Effective time management and organizational skills.
