Ayus Medical Devices is a Swiss medical technology company and the sole provider of Inuspheresis®, a proprietary extracorporeal therapy used by a growing international network of partner clinics. We equip medical teams with the technology, training, and expertise to deliver one of the most innovative therapeutic approaches in modern medicine. You ensure our network partners are fully competent in Inuspheresis® procedures and that treatment quality stays consistently high across all sites. Working alongside our Head of Training & Education, you deliver onboarding and refresher training and provide hands-on user support to a growing international network. What you'll do Train network partners on-site across our international partner network and at the Ayus Medical Clinic in Basel Act as contact point on the user support hotline, resolve routine cases, and take part in a scheduled on-call rotation Verify treatment quality at partner sites through structured follow-ups Use and adapt training materials for specific sessions and audiences, and contribute to their improvement Coordinate closely with the Head of Training & Education, Service Technicians, and Operations If you have the technical aptitude: support device installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting (a welcome plus, not a core requirement) Medical training (nurse, doctor, or paramedic) with the ability to ensure effective patient cannulation Background in medicine, clinical or life-sciences research, human biology, or a related field Experience in healthcare or medical device training, or strong potential and motivation to train others Experience conducting and organising training sessions with diverse audiences Strong organisational and communication skills; able to work independently and manage an international travel schedule Fluent German and English (both mandatory) Valid passport with eligibility for unrestricted international travel, willingness to travel extensively, and a category B driver's licence Nice to have Affinity for technical, hands-on work with devices Knowledge of apheresis, dialysis, or similar extracorporeal therapies, or of Inuspheresis® procedures Experience in user support or helpdesk activities; additional languages What we offer Comprehensive, in-depth training and certification on our proprietary Inuspheresis® technology, including sessions at the Ayus Medical Clinic in Basel A key role in a young, fast-growing medical company serving an international network Continuous development under the guidance of the Head of Training & Education Hybrid work model based at our office in Steinhausen Does this sound like you?
