Ensures materials are current, organized, easy to locate, and appropriate for the intended audience. (5% time)
  • Provides temporary production and operational support to Academy and Floor Operations when leaders are unavailable or business needs require, while maintaining established policies, escalation paths, service standards, and training priorities. (3% time)
  • Mentors associates, team leads, and supervisors to build capability, confidence, and professional growth. Provides actionable feedback, facilitates skill practice, and connects development needs to appropriate learning resources while maintaining appropriate confidentiality. (2% time)
