£27,000 plus benefitsBased at our Perth Head Office– located at 10 Dunkeld Road, PH1 5TW
Annual salary - £27,000
Shift pattern of 9AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday.
Hybrid work - 2 days at home.

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Engineering Training Coordinator for our Perth Head Office, supporting our Engineers across the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and coordinating 100+ training courses a year – from scheduling and bookings to accommodation and joining instructions.
- Keeping diaries organised.
- Processing and tracking invoices accurately.
- Supporting apprenticeship programmes and responding to related queries.
- Being the go-to link between colleagues across the country for engineering activities
- Problem solving / managing general queries quickly and efficiently.
- Organising and delivering large scale events.
- Liaising with external suppliers and maintaining & building great working relationships.
- Tracking, storing and maintaining electronic training certificates.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in office administration and Microsoft Office
- A people-centred approach to tasks, with strong communication skills / confidence in chasing deadlines and follow-ups
- Ability to plan, analyse, and make confident decisions in a dynamic environment
- Experience in managing a variety of tasks with the ability to priorities.
