POSITION PURPOSE

The Training Coordinator, North America Markets is responsible for coordinating and administering training programs for internal employees, independent sales representatives, contractors, and customers across North America Markets. This role manages scheduling, participant administration, communications, program tracking, and logistical preparation to ensure training programs are organized, consistent and effectively delivered.

The Training Coordinator supports BAC Basics, Aftermarket Basics, Contractor Certification Programs, and other sales and customer training initiatives by coordinating program logistics and working closely with subject matter experts, Market Leaders, Trainers, and the Sales Enablement team to ensure successful execution.

The role also provides coordination support for broader North America Markets and senior leadership initiatives, including event planning, cross-functional communication, and follow-up, while identifying opportunities to improve training processes and the overall participant experience.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of BAC Basics, Aftermarket Basics, Contractor Certification Programs, and other training initiatives for employees, representatives, contractors, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain annual training calendars, program schedules, registration processes, and participant communications.
  • Manage participant registration, attendance, training records, certifications, renewals, and completion tracking.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including travel, lodging, meals, transportation, facilities, materials, technology, facility tours, and hands-on learning activities.
  • Ensure instructors, facilities, training materials, technology, and other resources are coordinated and prepared ahead of each program delivery.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for training participants and stakeholders, providing timely communication and support before, during, and after training programs.
  • Maintain training databases and learning platforms, including BAC Academy, ensuring training records and resources remain accurate and up to date.
  • Track and report on training participation, completion rates, certifications, participant feedback, and other key program metrics.
  • Collect and summarize participant feedback and partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and the overall learning experience.
  • Support the successful execution of assigned training programs through effective logistical preparation, participant coordination, and completion tracking.
  • Maintain training documentation, standard operating procedures, content libraries, program resources, and other supporting materials.
  • Coordinate activities supporting senior leadership and business priorities across North America Markets, including leadership meetings, strategic reviews, customer events, and representative engagement activities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve training processes, tools, administrative practices, and program execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, Event Management, or a related field required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in training coordination, event coordination, program administration, customer support, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple training programs, projects, or events simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to support training programs and content.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to delivering a high-quality participant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders and drive activities through completion.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to effectively support employees, representatives, contractors, and customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with learning management systems or digital learning platforms preferred.

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $63,500 - $108,800
