Join Team Purple. Join IFS. IFS Academy is looking for a dynamic, open-minded and technology-minded individual to join us as a Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will coordinate IFS Academy’s training, digital learning and certification activities across IFS employees, partners and customers. This includes managing digital learning, instructor-led training, learning plans, training events and learner support through the IFS Academy LMS and other digital tools. The role will also focus on using AI, automation and new technologies to improve learner experience, operational efficiency and existing processes, while working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality training services. Coordinate training, digital learning and certification activities, including digital, virtual and classroom learning Manage learners, training plans, learning pathways, training schedules and LMS activities Support learner onboarding, training environment access and Academy Mailbox queries Build effective relationships with IFS teams, customers and partners Manage and coordinate training events and maintain the Academy training calendar Use AI, automation and digital tools to improve training operations and learner experience Identify opportunities for process, system and operational improvements and support their implementation Work with technology teams to resolve system issues and enhance Academy systems and processes Support training data, reporting and certification activities Furthermore, the following skills and behaviors are also expected.
