Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Training & Knowledge Specialist in Netcompany?

By joining us as a Training & Knowledge Specialist, you will coordinate and improve training and learning initiatives across the organisation, while supporting the creation and management of relevant documentation and knowledge resources.

As a Training & Knowledge Specialist you will:

  • Assess training needs and develop relevant learning materials and sessions.
  • Coordinate Consortium-wide training programmes, including ITIL, Lean Six Sigma and AI Literacy.
  • Plan and facilitate training activities and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
  • Track training participation, completion and maintain accurate training records.
  • Coordinate with employers and training providers to address training needs.
  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training programmes.
  • Coordinate newsletters and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Create and maintain knowledge assets, including best practices, workflows and guidelines.
  • Manage content across SharePoint Online, ServiceNow and Confluence.
  • Review and improve documentation while ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant policies and standards.

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Training, Knowledge Management or Document Management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, Confluence and/or ServiceNow.
  • Experience in developing training materials and delivering training or workshops.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong organisational, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with an agile and autonomous approach.
  • Adaptable, organised and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working in a European or international environment is an advantage.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification is an advantage.
