Summary The Training & Operations Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling the knowledge and training infrastructure that supports recruiting, payroll, and support service teams. This role owns internal documentation, SOP development, and training resources to ensure teams operate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency. Works Closely With Recruiting, Payroll, Training, and Operations teams to develop documentation, support process adoption, and ensure teams have the knowledge and tools needed to operate effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and organize SOPs, internal documentation, and knowledge resources across recruiting, payroll, and operations Build and update training materials, onboarding guides, and operational playbooks to support team readiness and performance Partner with leadership to document new processes, workflow updates, and operational changes Audit and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with current practices Translate complex operational workflows into clear, user-friendly training and reference materials Support rollout of new initiatives by ensuring teams have the tools, documentation, and guidance needed for successful adoption Manage and distribute operational reporting, including performance tracking and internal metrics Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting data to support leadership visibility and decision-making Coordinate across teams to identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training and documentation resources Uphold our Core Values Own Your Relationships - Be someone others can count on.
