About the Role As a Training Specialist (Customer Success), you'll help Telstra Health customers maximise the value of our digital health solutions by enabling successful adoption and improving user confidence. You'll play a key role in creating a consistent customer learning experience that supports stronger engagement, improved product utilisation and better customer outcomes. Working as part of the Customer Success team, you'll contribute to initiatives that enhance post-sales engagement and support the delivery of connected and improved digital health experiences for all. What You'll Be Doing Design and deliver customer training programs, including workshops, webinars, e-learning and tailored learning experiences. Partner with Customer Success and Project teams to define training objectives and support customer adoption initiatives. Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. Create, maintain and enhance training content, including guides, videos, learning modules and facilitator resources. Deliver internal training to uplift capability across Support teams and improve service outcomes. Develop scalable learning solutions, including train-the-trainer programs to support customer self-sufficiency. Measure training effectiveness, adoption outcomes and customer feedback to continuously improve learning experiences. About You Demonstrated experience designing and delivering professional or technical training programs. Experience delivering engaging online training sessions, webinars and customer education programs. Ability to understand customer workflows and translate complex information into practical learning solutions. Strong knowledge of software products, digital solutions and technology-enabled services. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes independently. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving user adoption and customer experiences. Experience in healthcare, health technology or SaaS environments is highly regarded.
