Transaction Advisory Services Director

Location: Seattle, WA

A Day in the Life

• Provide company-specific quality of earnings services for clients who are looking at growing through acquisitions or preparing for sale.
• Work with client relationship Partners and Managers to identify opportunities for business sales or acquisitions.
• Attend various industry association meetings and conferences as a presenter and marketer as needed.
• Market services provided by self and cross sells services offered by others within the Firm.
• Manage client relationships with integrity by monitoring client needs and building value into professional service.
• Evaluate the costs, benefits and risks of alternative solutions to client problems or needs.
• Capitalize on personal and professional experiences in order to develop business and practice lines.
• Actively seek feedback in order to develop the Quality of Earnings practice.
• Develop new product offerings based on identified needs of clients.
• Provide training and delegates duties to Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager level staff.
• Managesclient billings to ensure they reflect work performed.
• Participate in community organizations and industry functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
• Maintain compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, quality of earnings, public accounting, or professional services consulting required.
• CPA license, MBA, or another relevant advanced credential preferred.
• Deep knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, quality of earnings, and valuation concepts.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
• Demonstrated success developing business, growing client relationships, and advising executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and project-management skills.

Compensation: $200,000-$220,000

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
