Transaction Consultant (100%, remote)

Titans RE is a Zurich-based hotel investment advisory firm continuing its growth phase. We operate with a structured, data-driven approach, connecting curated hospitality assets and projects with selected investors and operators across international markets. To further strengthen our transaction and project capabilities, we are looking for a motivated Transactions Consultant.

Tasks:

1. Manage real estate sales activities using our in-house matching and pitching solutions, and conduct personalized follow-up (calls, emails, visits) to initiate transactions.
2. Maintain high attention to Priority Clients through regular strategy reviews and check-ins, identifying market opportunities and presenting them appropriately.
3. Support client and internal projects, including Joint Venture setups, licensing and franchise projects, valuations, exit preparations, and opportunity analyses.
4. Facilitate transaction and project initiation under the lead of the Senior Transaction Advisor, and support management throughout the transaction process.
5. Meet new buyers and keep their profiles and documentation up to date.
6. Analyze the impact of geopolitical, economic, and local news on client accounts and the ongoing internal group-building process.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of real estate experience, ideally in the commercial/hospitality real estate
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken, with a winning mentality
• High quality awareness and ability to work independently in a remote environment
