GCM Transaction Manager – Dublin City Centre | Hybrid | 12 month contract
We are working with a leading global financial services organisation to hire a GCM Transaction Manager for their Dublin City Centre team.
This is a client-facing transaction management role within Global Capital Markets, where you will act as the central point of contact for financial transactions, taking them from initial structuring and documentation through to successful closing.
What you'll be doing
- Manage financial transactions from initial structuring through to completion and closing.
- Act as the central point of contact for clients throughout the transaction.
- Review, negotiate and coordinate transaction and legal documentation.
- Work closely with clients, legal advisers and internal teams including Legal, Operations, Risk and Sales.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure transactions remain on track to close.
- Identify and resolve issues that could delay or impact a transaction.
- Support Sales with new business opportunities and transaction structuring.
- Attend client meetings and calls as required.
- Ensure transactions are managed in line with regulatory, risk and internal control requirements.
What we're looking for
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in financial services, capital markets, corporate trust, structured finance, transaction management or a similar environment.
Ideally, you will have:
- 3+ years' relevant experience; 5+ years would be advantageous.
- Experience managing or coordinating financial transactions through to closing.
- Experience working with transaction or legal documentation.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to understand and interpret complex documentation.
- Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
- A good understanding of financial markets and transaction structures.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. An MBA or JD would be advantageous but is not essential.
