Our client is continuing to invest heavily in its Transfer Pricing capability and is looking to appoint a Transfer Pricing Manager to support the ongoing growth of the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Transfer Pricing professional looking to play a key role in the development of a growing service line, working closely with entrepreneurial businesses, international groups, and owner-managed organisations. The role focuses on managing transfer pricing engagements, providing strategic advice on cross-border transactions, supporting documentation and compliance requirements, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients on complex international tax matters.
The Opportunity
Transfer Pricing continues to be one of the fastest-developing areas within the UK tax landscape. With increasing scrutiny from tax authorities globally, growing internationalisation of UK businesses, and recent legislative developments such as the introduction of the UK's International Controlled Transactions Schedule (ICTS), demand for specialist Transfer Pricing advice continues to accelerate. As a result, many Top 20 accountancy firms are making significant investments into their International Tax and Transfer Pricing offerings, creating excellent long-term career opportunities for ambitious professionals.
This role offers the chance to:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Transfer Pricing projects across a broad range of sectors.
- Advise clients on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing policies, and documentation requirements.
- Deliver practical and commercially focused transfer pricing solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Work closely alongside Corporate Tax, International Tax, Audit and Transaction Advisory teams.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth, development and future direction of the Transfer Pricing practice.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team while developing your own leadership profile.
About You
Applications are welcomed from individuals currently operating within UK Transfer Pricing, including:
- Strong Senior Consultants looking to step into their first management role.
- Assistant Managers seeking increased responsibility and client exposure.
- Existing Managers looking for a fresh challenge and a platform for progression.
You will ideally possess:
- UK Transfer Pricing advisory experience.
- ACA, CTA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge of Transfer Pricing principles and international tax matters.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset and desire to help grow a developing service line.
- The ability to deliver clear, practical advice to clients.
Salary & Progression
- £55,000 - £65,000 for those making their first move into a Manager position.
- Up to £75,000 for experienced Transfer Pricing Managers.
- Strong progression prospects within a growing and evolving specialist area.
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
With increasing focus on Transfer Pricing and International Tax across the profession, alongside developments such as ICTS bringing more UK businesses into scope, this is a particularly exciting time to build a career within the specialism. Demand for high-quality Transfer Pricing professionals continues to outpace supply, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to accelerate their progression within a highly sought-after area of tax.
Please note, whilst we welcome applications from all backgrounds, sadly we are unable to support those who require visa sponsorship as part of their application.
