We are seeking a skilled Transformation Lead eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

• Core Focus: Solid experience in change management, organizational transformation, or technology adoption within IT/Software Engineering environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of the SDLC (from requirements and design to testing, security, and release) combined with conceptual knowledge of AI-assisted software development and AI agents.
• Key Skills: Facilitation of workshops/talks across multidisciplinary teams (from Developers to Senior Management), strong communication skills, and data-driven change management tracking (adoption metrics, DX, productivity, and quality).
• Languages: Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
• Nice to Have: Background in Agile, DevOps, Developer Experience (DX), security/governance practices, or creating communities of practice/champion networks in large-scale environments.
