We are growing rapidly and looking for a Transformation Manager, who will partner with our growing team. The role is a remote position. You will be responsible for providing quality products to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner. This key position will provide financial and operational guidance and advise the Vice President, Operations in making recommendations that will drive improvements in overall financial performance of the service organization. Additionally, this position would require significant partnering with other members of the organization on strategic initiatives including the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and other key tasks. Custom Truck One Source’s Transformation Manager will oversee executive-level management strategic projects for the Operations and Service functions and oversee the development of transformational projects to help drive profitable growth throughout Custom Truck One Source (“CTOS”). The role will provide thought leadership and insights to key stakeholders through his or her reporting development. The role will also develop complex financial and operational modeling and interface with department leaders across the business to deliver insightful and action-oriented analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Support the Service and Operations functions with quantifying, developing, managing, and executing strategic business priorities • Play a pivotal role between Service, Finance, and Commercial teams, and segment leadership • Research, analyze, reconcile, and validate a variety of data sets and information to inform business decisions • Design and implement financial models to aid key business decision making Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting • MBA preferred • 5-10 years of relevant work experience • 1-3 years of reviewing financial statements and/or performance metrics and communicating results to senior management. • Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders at various levels within an organization. • Proven track record of working with wide variety of people to implement business change. • Proficient fluency with data and financial reporting in Excel. • Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow. • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently. • Experience working with and presenting to senior executives. • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management. • Very proficient with Excel formulas, functions and data organization. • Strong quantitative and analytical competency • Show respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; Promote a harassment-free environment. • Treat people with respect; Keep commitments; Inspire the trust of others; Work with integrity and uphold organizational values. • Display original thinking and creativity; Meet challenges with resourcefulness; Present ideas and information in a manner that gets others' attention. • Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. • Manage one's own time and the time of others in order to meet tight deadlines. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Working Conditions The work environment characteristics described here are those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including overnight stays.
