Position Purpose: ​​We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead the organisational adoption and embedding of our new global Client Onboarding, KYC and AML platform and operating model across a 6,000-person organisation. This role is accountable for ensuring that rapid delivery through Product and Technology pods translates into sustainable business value, operational adoption, regulatory compliance and measurable improvements in client onboarding performance. The Transformation Manager acts as the bridge between Business, Product, Technology, Data, Compliance and Operations, ensuring that new capabilities are not simply delivered but fully embedded into day-to-day ways of working.​

Responsibilities

Business Adoption & Change Leadership

  • Own the organisational adoption strategy for the new onboarding, KYC and AML platform.
  • Drive behavioural change across global business functions, ensuring teams fully transition from legacy processes, local workarounds and spreadsheet-based activities.
  • Develop and execute adoption plans that maximise utilisation of new capabilities and minimise reversion to historic practices.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to create visible sponsorship and accountability for change.
  • Establish adoption metrics, monitor user behaviours and intervene where adoption risks emerge.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities across front office, operations, compliance, risk, technology and support functions.
  • Ensure employees understand:
    • Why the change is happening.
    • What it means for them.
    • How it improves the client and employee experience.
    • Their role in achieving programme outcomes.

Product, Technology & Data Alignment

  • Act as the business transformation lead alongside Product Managers and EIT Leads.
  • Ensure business processes, policy changes and operating model design evolve in line with product releases.
  • Partner with Data teams to drive adoption of a single source of truth and improved data quality standards.
  • Translate product roadmaps into business readiness plans and adoption activities.
  • Ensure new capabilities are embedded into business operations as soon as pods release functionality.
  • Create feedback loops between end users and Product teams to continuously improve solutions.

Programme Integration & Governance

  • Coordinate delivery activities across Business, Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, Data and Operations teams.
  • Maintain end-to-end dependency management across onboarding-related initiatives and adjacent programmes.
  • Assess impacts across strategic initiatives including platform, data, regulatory and client experience programmes.
  • Lead governance forums and transformation reporting for senior leadership.
  • Provide transparent status reporting on readiness, adoption, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation.
  • Identify and remove organisational blockers impacting adoption or delivery effectiveness.

Fast-Paced Pod Delivery Enablement

  • Embed transformation activities directly into delivery pods.
  • Ensure business readiness keeps pace with rapid product releases.
  • Coordinate training, communications, procedural updates and user support in line with sprint outcomes.
  • Work with Product Owners to prioritise adoption risks alongside technical delivery risks.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks for launching, measuring and embedding new capabilities.

Accountability & Benefits Realisation

  • Provide independent challenge and objective oversight across all programme stakeholders.
  • Hold teams accountable for agreed actions, deadlines and adoption commitments.
  • Establish regular transformation reviews with functional leaders.
  • Track achievement of business outcomes including:
    • Adoption rates.
    • Process compliance.
    • Reduction in manual activity.
    • Increased automation.
    • Improved onboarding cycle times.
    • Improved client satisfaction.
    • Data quality improvements.
  • Drive corrective actions where benefits are at risk.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-time transformation management experience or equivalent
  • Proven success delivering large and complex transformation initaitives ideally within financial services
  • Knowledge of Onboarding and / or Client Lifecycle Management is a must
  • Comfortable working with internal teams of 50+ people across multiple geographies and time zones, with regular overlap with UK and US business hours
  • A key collaborator – inclusive, results-driven, who leads by example and brings the best out of teams
  • Minumum of 4 days in the office per week.

Pay Transparency: ​​Hiring Salary Range $170,000-$230,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.​
