What you will do on your journey with WebBeds. As a Transformation Project and Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of strategic and operational initiatives within the WebBeds transformation team. You will provide day-to-day project coordination across multiple cross-functional workstreams, driving activities forward by scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication between teams. This role is well-suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and eager to build a career in project delivery. The first assignment will involve supporting the design and implementation of a global operational support function, including process mapping, team engagement, and rollout planning, with future projects spanning a variety of transformation priorities. In this role you will: Key responsibilities Meeting coordination: Coordinate and schedule project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions across multiple time zones. Action tracking and documentation: Own meeting follow-ups, action tracking, and project documentation to ensure momentum is maintained . Input consolidation: Collaborate with internal teams to gather and consolidate the inputs required for project deliverables. Timeline and risk support: Support the tracking of project timelines, dependencies, and risks. Visual materials: Assist with the creation of visual materials such as process maps, stakeholder overviews, and delivery plans using tools such as Miro and Excel. Information management: Ensure all documentation, files, and communication are structured and accessible for relevant team members. Planning and visibility: Contribute to planning discussions and help maintain visibility into in-flight project status. Stakeholder relationships: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across operational teams and transformation partners. The skills we would love to see in your suitcase! Experience working in a project or business operations environment. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Communications (desirable). Competence using Microsoft Excel, Miro, and other standard collaboration tools. Good understanding of project coordination and delivery processes. Familiarity with project frameworks or tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Trello (desirable). Strong organisational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines. Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable working independently and across remote teams. Culturally aware and sensitive to working with international stakeholders.
