About the Opportunity

We are seeking Turkish Bilingual Experts to support a language and AI training project focused on evaluating Turkish speech and linguistic quality. You’ll review audio content and apply your language expertise to assess fluency, pronunciation, intonation, and authenticity.

No prior AI experience is required — your Turkish language expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate Turkish audio clips for nativeness, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and speech quality according to project guidelines.
• Provide clear written feedback in English, explaining key linguistic observations.
• Document detailed justifications to ensure consistent evaluation results.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify language requirements and ambiguities.
• Contribute insights to improve AI understanding and generation of Turkish.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications

• Native-level Turkish proficiency with strong spoken and written command.
• B2+ English proficiency for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent evaluation quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in linguistics, phonetics, voice specialization, music, audio engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching.
• Experience evaluating speech, pronunciation, or language content.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation of $30–$65/hour.
• Independent contractor engagement.
• Approximately 100 positions available.
