The role requires close collaboration with transport vendors, drivers, security teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee commute experience while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. You will report to Senior Manager, Facilities & Procurement Responsibilities Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely services. Support 24x7 transport operations for employees, ensuring seamless service delivery across all shifts. Plan, monitor, and optimize routing and scheduling to maximize vehicle utilization and operational efficiency. Ensure timely pickup and drop of employees in accordance with approved schedules and service standards. Act as the primary point of contact for employee transportation-related queries, escalations, and feedback. Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor transport service performance and implement corrective actions to address operational issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transport operations, vendor performance, incidents, and compliance requirements. Ensure all drivers and vendor personnel comply with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Verify that drivers are adequately trained and inducted before deployment into operations. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in employee transport operations, fleet management, or facilities management. Proficiency in transport management systems like SAFETRAX, Route Matic and Move Insync and MS environment. Experience working in a 24x7 operational environment is preferred. WHY CYDERES?
