Role Description The Transport Planning Manager (part-time, remote) is responsible for planning and coordinating transport and logistics activities that support the operations and events of Agencia del Cine y el Audiovisual del Uruguay. This role includes analyzing transport needs for productions and screenings, designing efficient routing and scheduling plans, and coordinating with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective movement of people and materials. The Transport Planning Manager monitors transport performance, manages relevant documentation, and updates stakeholders on plans, changes, and risks. The role also involves maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, optimizing budgets, and recommending improvements to transport processes and policies.

- Experience in transport planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain management, preferably supporting events, cultural activities, or audiovisual productions.
- Proficiency in using planning and scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and mapping or routing software to design and adjust transport plans.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present plans clearly and collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changes in priorities or conditions.
- Knowledge of relevant transport regulations, safety standards, and best practices; familiarity with the regional context in Uruguay is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in transport engineering, logistics, urban planning, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in the film, media, or cultural sector is a plus, as is proficiency in Spanish and English.
