Transport Specialist (m/f/d) - Container Trucking Operations

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Specialist (m/f/d) - Container Trucking Operations to join our logistics team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating container transportation operations across Europe, ensuring efficient communication between terminals, carriers, customers, and other stakeholders involved in the transport process.

You should be able to independently manage container trucking operations and effectively cooperate with all parties involved in the transport chain.

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid/Remote option after probation period)

Employment Type: Full-time, Employment Contract (Umowa o Pracę)

Tasks

• Coordinate container transportation from ports and terminals to final customers.


• Plan and manage container trucking operations across European transport networks.


• Communicate and cooperate with terminals, carriers, drivers, shipping lines, and customers.


• Monitor transport execution and ensure on-time delivery of shipments.


• Manage transport-related documentation and operational processes.


• Resolve operational issues and respond proactively to transport disruptions.


• Maintain accurate shipment and operational records.


• Ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved in the transportation process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in container transportation, trucking, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.


• Practical knowledge of container handling procedures and terminal operations.


• Experience working with major European ports and inland terminals, including: Duisburg, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Liège


• Proven ability to independently coordinate and manage container transport operations.


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced international environment.


• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with transport management systems is an advantage.


• Language Requirements: English mandatory (written and spoken), Polish, Russian and/or German
