Must possess current Michigan licensure or limited licensure (LLPC/LPC, LLMSW/LMSW, or TLLP/LLP/LP), a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and at least one year of experience working with children and families in a behavioral health or human services setting. Travel within the assigned service area is required to conduct assessments and provide services to children and families. Essential Functions Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments for children and families impacted by trauma. Administer, score, and interpret clinical assessment tools related to trauma, mental health, development, resilience, coping skills, and family functioning. Apply knowledge of child development and the impact of trauma on developmental and behavioral functioning. Establish and maintain culturally responsive therapeutic relationships with individuals and families. Develop treatment recommendations, referrals, and service plans based on assessment findings. Evaluate emotional, behavioral, psychosocial, and developmental needs and provide differential diagnoses when appropriate. Assess the impact of trauma, chronic illness, disability, and co-occurring conditions on overall functioning. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Ensure timely completion and submission of assessment tools and clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and team meetings. Maintain compliance with trauma-informed care principles, accreditation standards, funder requirements, and organizational policies. Travel within the assigned service area to conduct assessments and provide related services. Protect the confidentiality and security of clinical information and records. Perform other related duties as assigned in support of program and organizational goals.
