Working knowledge of HIPAA, data security, access controls, and the responsible handling of healthcare information. Strong project coordination, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with vendors, technical teams, and operational leaders across multiple companies and functional areas. Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, with the ability to travel to company locations as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-company EMS organization. Experience serving as the primary internal owner or subject-matter expert for a business-critical enterprise application. Experience supporting organizational change, training, or user adoption during a major system implementation. Experience with Huly or comparable healthcare QA/QI technology. Working knowledge of Power BI or reporting against operational healthcare data. Work Environment This is a remote position with travel of up to 25% to PatientCare EMS Solutions operating companies and corporate locations. Travel will support implementation planning, workflow review, testing, training, and go-live activities. The role requires regular collaboration with IT, operational, clinical, finance, and other functional leaders across the organization, as well as schedule flexibility during major implementation and go-live events.
