About Weltrade
Weltrade is a leading international Fintech company with over two decades of stability and trust in the global FX and online trading industry. Established in 2006, we operate as a truly global, remote-first organization, bringing together high-performing professionals across multiple time zones.
We focus on building scalable trading infrastructure and high-impact commercial ecosystems that drive sustainable client acquisition worldwide. At Weltrade, we value ownership, autonomy, and measurable impact.
About your Role
As a Travel Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end flight booking process for Weltrade employees, ensuring business travel is planned accurately, efficiently, and within approved budgets. Your primary focus will be anticipating travel requirements from the company events calendar, structuring booking requests, researching optimal routes, and turning requirements into confirmed itineraries with minimal oversight. Your biggest challenge will be balancing cost, timing, routing, traveller requirements, visa and entry considerations, and last-minute changes while maintaining accuracy under time-sensitive conditions. Your work will directly support the ability of global teams to travel reliably for company events and business needs. We are looking for a self-sufficient specialist who can take ownership of each request from initial requirements through booking, documentation, and resolution of travel changes.
You Have
- Proven experience managing corporate or business flight bookings, with hands-on experience using travel booking platforms or tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent travel requests independently, from gathering requirements through confirmed booking, with minimal supervision.
- Strong research and analytical experience evaluating flight options based on cost, routing, duration, layovers, timing, and airline reliability.
- Proven attention to detail when managing passenger information, travel dates, itineraries, documentation, bookings, expenses, and receipts.
- Proven ability to handle time-sensitive travel changes, including cancellations, rebookings, schedule changes, and delays, while resolving issues independently.
Good to Have
- Experience arranging hotel accommodation and/or ground transportation as part of corporate travel.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar workflow/tracking tools.
- Experience working with international travel requirements, including visa and entry documentation.
What We Offer
- Remote-First Flexibility: We operate fully remotely and offer a global and cross-functional environment.
- Ownership & Impact: A chance to own your ideas and make a measurable impact on Weltrade's global growth.
- Wellbeing: A balanced leave allowance (paid vacation, sick leave, public holidays, etc.) and a supportive culture that values every employee.
Recruitment Process
Application Review → HR Interview → Technical Interview → Final Interview → Offer
