Travel Experience Coordinator – Remote
Memories By ChristiHelp clients turn their travel ideas into well-planned experiences by researching destinations, comparing options, coordinating reservations, and providing support throughout the planning process.
As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you'll work directly with clients to understand their travel preferences and help organize vacations, cruises, resorts, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements. Training and ongoing resources are provided, so previous travel industry experience is not required.
What You'll Do:
* Research destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, vacation packages, and activities
* Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel needs
* Compare available options and provide personalized travel recommendations
* Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other reservations
* Maintain accurate reservation and client information
* Respond to client questions in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with reservation changes and travel updates when needed
* Follow up with clients throughout the planning and booking process
* Complete supplier and destination training to continue building travel knowledge
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organization and attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers, email, online booking tools, and web-based systems
* Ability to research and compare multiple travel options
* Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
* Reliable internet access
* Willingness to complete required travel training
* Previous travel or booking experience is helpful but not required
Training & Resources:
You'll have access to travel industry training, supplier resources, booking platforms, and ongoing support. Training may include cruise lines, resorts, destinations, theme parks, vacation packages, and other areas of travel based on your interests.
Growth & Development:
Build your experience by completing supplier certifications, expanding your destination knowledge, developing your client base, and gaining experience with different types of travel. Additional growth may be available as your knowledge and experience develop.
