We're hiring: Travel Sales Consultant
📍 Cairo · Hybrid, 2 days in office

Safra Holidays is a travel agency based in Abu Dhabi. Customers message us, tell us what they want, and we plan and book the whole trip for them.

Our customers are GCC couples and families planning leisure travel. You'll be the person on the other end of that chat.

We're growing our team and looking for a Travel Sales Consultant who knows the UAE market.

🎯 What you'll do

• Build and sell customized travel packages tailored to UAE travelers
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first inquiry to closing the deal
• Follow up with customers after their trip is booked to ensure a smooth experience and build repeat business
• Handle day-to-day travel operations (bookings, coordination with suppliers, issue resolution)
• Stay on top of destination trends, pricing, and travel packages relevant to UAE travelers
  
  

✅ What we need

• 3 years of experience in travel sales, ideally with UAE market exposure
• Solid understanding of travel operations (flights, hotels, packages)
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills, you know how to close and how to keep customers happy long after
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team environment
