Flights get changed, itineraries need adjusting, stakeholders have urgent requests, and sometimes plans change at the last minute. You stay calm, find solutions and make things happen. What you’ll be doing In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients. Manage travel bookings, modifications, exchanges, cancellations and refunds using Amadeus and approved booking platforms Support Delegate Managers and Project Managers by processing travel-related requests accurately and efficiently Issue tickets, manage billing activities and maintain accurate records within internal systems Provide responsive support for after-sales requests, urgent travel changes and unforeseen travel disruptions Deliver a high level of service to client stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional travel experience Contribute to process improvements, technology adoption and more efficient ways of working across travel operations What you’ll bring (We really mean it. Experience & skills Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Ticketing Agent, Travel Specialist or in a similar travel-focused role Advanced knowledge of Amadeus and proven experience managing air travel reservations Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Outlook Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Experience supporting demanding stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (No scrambled oeufs at egg , svp.)
